  • white bread

Instructions

  • To prepare schezwan cheese pockets, first take boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash it
  • now add salt, schezwan sauce and mix it well
  • take white bread and cut off the sides
  • roll it very thin in a square shape
  • apply water on the sides
  • add the filling and mozzarella cheese in the centre
