Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes
  • water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour/maida
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp spring onion
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • To prepare honey chilli potato first take potatoes and cut it
  • add water and soak it for 30 minutes
  • drain it and dry it completely
  • now add oil, flour/maida and corn starch and mix it well
  • drop it in hot oil and fry it until it turns light brown on medium heat
  • take it out and again double fry it until it turns dark brown on medium heat
  • now add oil, ginger and garlic in a pan
  • fry it for a minute
  • add sesame seeds and fry it a little
  • add green chilli and fry it for a minute
  • now add onion and fry until it becomes translucent
  • add tomato ketchup, chillic sauce, soy sauce and salt, mix it well
  • now add the fried potato and mix it well
  • add spring onion and mix it
  • add honey and mix it well
  • honey chilli potato is ready
