To prepare methi malai matar first add water and methi in a container
boil it for 2 minutes
drain out water
add cold water and squeeze it
now in an another container add water, cashews, ginger, geen chilli and onion
cover and boil for 5 minutes
drain out water and blend it
now add oil, cumin seeds and blended puree in a pan
fry it a little and add little water
add methi and mix it well
now add coriander powder, garam masala and salt
mix it well
add milk and mix it well
add green peas and cook for 1-2 minutes on medium heat
add sugar and fresh cream and mix it well
methi malai matar is ready
