  • 2 cups sweet corn
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp amchoor/dry mango powder


  • to prepare crispy corn first take corn and boil them for 2 minutes
  • add it to a bowl and add salt, corn starch
  • mix it well
  • drop it in hot oil and fry until golden brown on high heat
  • take it out and add red chilli and amchoor and mix it well
  • crispy corn is ready
