To prepare tandoori aloo paratha first, add oil, cumin seeds, green chilies, ginger in a pan
fry it for a minute
now add boiled potatoes, and mix it well
add amchoor, salt and coeriander leaves and mix it well
let it cool completely
now to prepare dough for paratha take a bowl and add atta/wheat flour, salt, and oil and mix it well
add water and knead a soft dough
take a small portion and roll it
add the prepared stuffing
cover and sael it properly
dust some flour and roll it thin
place it on the pan and cook on high heat
turn the tawa and cook on the other side until done
brush some ghee or butter
tandoori aloo paratha is ready
