Ingredients

  • 200 gram cashews
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • ghee

Instructions

  • To prepare delicious kaju barfi, first take cashews in blender and grind it fine
  • now in a pan ad water and sugar and boil it to one string consistency
  • now add prepared cashew powder and mix it well
  • cook on low medium heat until it comes together
  • apply ghee on a tray
