To prepare gulab jamun, first prepare sugar syrup, add sugar, water, cardamom, saffron and lime juice in a container
mix it well
boil until sugar is dissolved
now in a bowl add milk powder, ghee and mix it well
add milk and mix it , add milk in batches
mix it well
now add it to a pan and cook on low medium heat
mix until it comes together
let it cool and add it to a bowl
add flour, baking powder and mix it well
add milk and mix it
knead for 10 minutes
take a small portion and rub between palms and roll
drop it in hot oil and fry till golden brown on low heat
dip it in hot sugar syrup
cover for 10 minutes
gulab jamun is ready
