Macaroni masala

Ingredients

  • water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 cup macaroni
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 2 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
  • cilantro

Instructions

  • To prepare macaroni masala first add water, salt and oil in a container and boil it
  • now add macaroni to it and boil till soft for approx 10 minutes
  • strain it and add cold water
  • now add oil, ginger and garlic in a pan
  • fry it a little and ad green chilli and fry for a minute
  • add onion and fry it
  • now add salt, black pepper and chilli powder, mix it well
  • add tomatoes and cook till becomes soft for approx 5 minutes
  • add ketchup and mix it well
  • now add cooked macaroni and mix it well
  • add vinegar and mix it
  • add mozzarella cheese and mix it
  • garnish it with cilantro
  • macaroni masala is ready
