Ingredients

For dough

  • 1 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup atta/wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • water

For stuffing

  • 2 potatoes boiled
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp amchoor/dry mango powder
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • mint handful
  • 1 tsp schezwan sauce
  • cabbage
  • mozzrella cheese

Instructions

  • To prepare veg frankie rolls first prepare dough take a bowl and add maida, atta, salt and oil and mix it well
  • add water and knead a soft dough
  • now take another bowl and add potatoes, salt, amchoor, garlic granules, green chilli and mint,
  • mix it well
  • apply oil on the palm and take a small portion
  • roll it an place it on a hot pan
  • fry from all the sides till golden brown on medium heat
  • now take a small portion from dough and roll it
  • roll it thin
  • place it on a hot pan apply oil and cook it
  • take it out and apply schezwan sauce and spread it
  • add cabbage and prepared roll and mozzarella cheese
  • veg Frankie roll is ready
