To prepare hara bhara kebab, in a bowl add boiled potatoea and mash it
now add spinach puree, peas, paneer, ginger, garlic, gren chillies, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, salt, corn starch, bread crumbs, and peanuts
mix it well for few minutes
apply oil on the palm and take a small portion and roll it
give it a kebab shape and add cashew in the centre
drop it in hot oil and fry until golden brown on high heat
