Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes boiled
  • 75 gram spinach puree
  • 175 grams grean peas boiled and blend
  • 1/2 cup paneer
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp peanuts crushed
  • oil

Instructions

  • To prepare hara bhara kebab, in a bowl add boiled potatoea and mash it
  • now add spinach puree, peas, paneer, ginger, garlic, gren chillies, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, salt, corn starch, bread crumbs, and peanuts
  • mix it well for few minutes
  • apply oil on the palm and take a small portion and roll it
  • give it a kebab shape and add cashew in the centre
  • drop it in hot oil and fry until golden brown on high heat
  • hara bhara kabab is ready
