To pepare strawberry panna cotta, first in a container add strawberries, sugar and water and mix it well
boil til it becomes soft
blend it using a hand blender
strain it and let it cool completely
now in a bowl add hot water and gelatine and stir it well till it dissolved
let it cool completely and add it to the strawberry mixture
mix it well
take a muffin tray and place the glass slightly bent
add the strawberry mxture and refrigerate it for 4 hours
now in a container add milk, cream and sugar
heat it until sugar is dissolved do not boil
add vanilla essence and mix it
let it cool completely
take a bowl and add hot water and gelatin
mix it well and cool completely
add it to the milk and mix it well
add it to the glass and again refrigerate it for 4 hours
strawberry panna cotta is ready
