Ingredients

  • coriander
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp lime juice
  • 1 large potato boiled
  • 1/3 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/3 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp amchoor
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp carom seeds
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • water
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • white bread
  • ketchup

Instructions

  • To prepare bread paoda first prepare chilli paste and add coriander, green chilli, garlic, salt and lime juice in a blender and blend it
  • now in a bowl add potato, chilli powder, garam masala, amchoor and salt and mix it well
  • now add gram flour in a bowl and turmeric, cjilli powder, carom seeds, salt, soda and water
  • mix it well and prepare a paste
  • take white bread and apply prepared chilli paste and ketchup
  • add the potato filling and spread it evenly
  • now dip it in flour mixture mix and coat it well
  • drop it in hot oil and fry until golden brown on medium heat
  • stuffed bread pakoda is ready
