Rava dosa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 tbsp flour/maida
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 green chillies
  • 6-7 curry leaves
  • coriander leaves handful
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • oil

Instructions

  • To prepare Rava dosa first add all the ingrediesnts in a bowl and mix it well
  • add water in batches and prepare a thin batter
  • add salt and mix it well
  • now pour the batter on a hot pan
  • apply oil and cook for 3 minutes on low medium heat
  • rava dosa is ready
