To prepare veg manchow soup first add oil, ginger and garlic in a pan and fry it for a minute
now add celery and mix it well
add carrot and cabbage and cook it for few minute
add beans and mushroom and cook for few minute
now add salt, black pepper, soy sauce and chilli sauce and mix it well
add vegetable stocks and mix it well
cook it for 2-3 minutes on high heat
now in a bowl add corn flour and water and mix it well and add it to the soup
add vinegar and mx it well
boil until it becomes thick on high flame
add some spring onion and mix it
now in an another pan heat oil and add boiled noodles
fry till golden brown on medium heat
add it to the soup
veg man-chow soup is ready
