to prepare veg pizza first in a mug add water, sugar and active dry yeast
mix it well and let it prove
now add it in a bowl and add oregano, olive oil, maida
add salt and mix it well
dust some flour, stretch and knead for 5 minutes
tuck the dough and place it on a greased bowl
rest it for an hour
now cut into 2 parts
place it on a greased baking tray and stretch it
apply pizza sauce and add mozzarella cheese, capsicum, jalapeno, olives, onion and olive oil
now bake it at 218°C/425°F for 10-12 minutes
take it out and add oregano and chilli flakes
veg pizza is ready
