Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cup maida/flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pizza sauce
  • mozzarella cheese
  • capsicum
  • jalapeno
  • olive
  • onion
  • oregano
  • chilli flakes

Instructions

  • to prepare veg pizza first in a mug add water, sugar and active dry yeast
  • mix it well and let it prove
  • now add it in a bowl and add oregano, olive oil, maida
  • add salt and mix it well
  • dust some flour, stretch and knead for 5 minutes
  • tuck the dough and place it on a greased bowl
  • rest it for an hour
  • now cut into 2 parts
  • place it on a greased baking tray and stretch it
  • apply pizza sauce and add mozzarella cheese, capsicum, jalapeno, olives, onion and olive oil
  • now bake it at 218°C/425°F for 10-12 minutes
  • take it out and add oregano and chilli flakes
  • veg pizza is ready
