To prepare paneer korma add onion, green chilli, ginger, cashews, peppercorns, cardamom, in a container
boil for 10 minutes on medium heat
strain it and let it cool
add it to a blender and add little remaining water
blend it smooth
add oil and cumin seeds in a pan
fry it for few seconds
add the prepared paste
cook for 6 minutes on medium heat
add salt, coriander powder and garam masala and mix it well
turn off the heat and add yogurt
mix it , add curd in batches
turn on the heat
add kasuri methi and mix it well
add paneer and mix it well
paneer korma is ready
