Ingredients

  • 2 large onion
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 8-10 cashews
  • 8-10 peppercorns
  • 2 cardamom
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tsp kasuri methi
  • 250 grams paneer

Instructions

  • To prepare paneer korma add onion, green chilli, ginger, cashews, peppercorns, cardamom, in a container
  • boil for 10 minutes on medium heat
  • strain it and let it cool
  • add it to a blender and add little remaining water
  • blend it smooth
  • add oil and cumin seeds in a pan
  • fry it for few seconds
  • add the prepared paste
  • cook for 6 minutes on medium heat
  • add salt, coriander powder and garam masala and mix it well
  • turn off the heat and add yogurt
  • mix it , add curd in batches
  • turn on the heat
  • add kasuri methi and mix it well
  • add paneer and mix it well
  • paneer korma is ready
