  • 1 cup sabudana
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/3 cup peanuts
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 large potato boiled
  • 2 tsp rock salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • coriander leaves


  • To make sabudana khichdi, first add sabudana in a bowl and add water and soak for 3 hours
  • now in a pan add peanuts and dry roast it until it becomes crunchy and grind it fine
  • now add ghee, cumin seeds, peanuts, in a pan
  • cook for a minute
  • add green chilli, red chilli powder and mix it well
  • now add boiled potato and mix it well
  • add rock salt and mix it
  • add sabudana and prepared peanut powder and mix it well
  • now add sugar, black pepper and lime juice and mix it well
  • cover and cook for 2 minute
  • give it a mix and add garnish it with coriander leaves
  • saudana khichdi is ready
