Instructions
To make sabudana khichdi, first add sabudana in a bowl and add water and soak for 3 hours
now in a pan add peanuts and dry roast it until it becomes crunchy and grind it fine
now add ghee, cumin seeds, peanuts, in a pan
cook for a minute
add green chilli, red chilli powder and mix it well
now add boiled potato and mix it well
add rock salt and mix it
add sabudana and prepared peanut powder and mix it well
now add sugar, black pepper and lime juice and mix it well
cover and cook for 2 minute
give it a mix and add garnish it with coriander leaves
saudana khichdi is ready
