To prepare shakarpara first, add milk, sugar and ghee in a container
boil till sugar is dissolved and let it cool
now in a bowl add flour/maida, semolina and salt and mix it well
add the prepared mixture little at a time and mix it
add flour in batches and mix it
knead a soft dough and leave for 5 minutes
take a small portion and roll it on the fork
drop it in hot oil and fry till golden brown on low medium heat
shakarpara is ready
