To prepare vanilla sponge cake first add maida, baking powder, baking soda and sift it
in a bowl add fresh cream, sugar, and whisk till it becomes soft
add oil and mix it well
now add warm milk, milk powder, and mix it well
add dry ingredients, custard powder and vanilla essence and mix it well
add it to a greased baking tray and spread it evenly
tap to remove air bubbles
now bake it at 180°C/356°F for 40-45 minutes
take it out and cut off the top portion
vanilla sponge cake is ready
