To prepare tomato soup first add, butter, bay leaf, pepper corns, ginger, garlic and fry till golden brown
now add onion and fry it for 3 minutes
add carrot, tomatoes, and rice and mix it well
add water, mix it and close the lid
cook for 2 whistles on medium heat
blend it smooth using a hand blender or you can also blend it in grinder after cooling it completely
strain it and add it to a pan
add water, salt, chilli powder, sugar and mix it well
boil it for few minutes
garnish it with fresh cream, pepper powder and coriander leaves
tomato soup is ready
