To prepare cutlet, add oil, green chilli, onion, in a pan and fry until translucent
add ginger-garlic paste and mix it well
now add coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and mix it well
add green beans, carrot, peas, beetroot and mix it well
add salt and mix it
cover and cook until it becomes soft
give it a mix
add potatoes, mash and mix it well
add amchoor and coriander leaves and mix it well
let it cool
now in a bowl add flour, water and mix it well
make a runny paste
apply oil on the palm and take a small portion and give it a heart shape
dip it in prepared flour paste and bread crumbs
remove extra crumbs and place it on a plate
refrigerate it for 15 minutes
drop it in hot oil
fry until golden brown on medium heat
cutlet is ready
