To prepare chana chilli first, you have to cook chana and for that soak the chana for 6 hours and add it to a pressure cooker with salt and close the lid
cook until two whistles on high heat and 15 minutes on low heat
strain it and let it cool
now add corn flour and mix it well
drop it in hot oil
fry on high heat until golden brown and crisp
now in a pan add oil, ginger, garlic and green chilli and fry it for a minute
add onion, capsicum, red bell pepper and cook until it becomes soft
add soy sauce, chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup and vinegar and mix it well
