- 1/2 cup coconut flesh, from 4 tender coconuts
- 4 tbsp coconut milk
- 500 ml whipping cream chilled
- 400 g condensed milk chilled
Take coconut flesh and blend it with coconut milk.
Add whipping cream to chilled bowl and beat it using beater until stiff peaks are formed.
Add condensed milk and blended coconut mixture to whipped cream. Mix everything well.
Scrape the sides of the bowl using a spatula.
Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 8 hours.
