For ice cream
- 500 ml whipping cream chilled
- 400 g condensed milk chilled
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 tbsp. chocolate syrup
For chocolate syrup
- 2 cups water for double boiler
- 150 g chocolate
- 2 tbsp. oil
For ice cream
Take whipping cream in a chilled bowl.
Beat using a hand mixer for 3 to 4 minutes until stiff peaks are formed.
Add condensed milk, vanilla essence and mix again.
Scrape the sides of bowl using a spatula and pour ice cream in an airtight container.
Drizzle chocolate syrup over ice cream and make swirls using a skewer.
Close the container and freeze for at least 8 hours.
For chocolate topping
Make a double boiler by adding water in bottom pan and keeping another bowl on top.
Melt the chocolate in the bowl by stirring occasionally.
Add oil to the melted chocolate and mix well.
