Instructions
Kulukki sharbat
Take basil/sabja seeds and soak them in water. The seeds will start absorbing water and start to grow.
Keep the seeds aside for 10 minutes. Once the seeds get a jelly-like coating then they are ready. Strain out the extra water.
Now add sugar, mint leaves, lime juice to a glass. Crush everything slightly using a muddler.
Add a slit green chilli and basil seeds that were soaked earlier to the glass. Also, add a few ice cubes and chilled water to the glass.
Transfer the drink to a shaker and give it a nice shake. Pour the drink back to the glass, garnish with mint leaves and lemon wedge and serve cold.
Rose mojito
Take basil/sabja seeds and soak them in water. The seeds will start absorbing water and start to grow.
Keep the seeds aside for 10 minutes. Once the seeds get a jelly-like coating then they are ready. Strain out the extra water.
In a glass add lime wedges, mint leaves, sugar, lime juice and crush everything using a muddler.
Add soaked sabja seeds, rose syrup, ice cubes and soda to the glass.
Give it a little stir, garnish with mint leaves and lemon wedge and the rose mojito is ready. Serve cold.
Lemon ice tea
Soak tea bags of black tea together in hot water.
In another glass add lime juice, sugar and the water which has black teabags.
Mix everything using a spoon and the lemon ice tea is ready. Serve cold.
Cucumber cooler
Rub the rim of the glass with a lemon wedge and then coat the rim of the glass with sugar.
Add sugar, lime juice, mint leaves to the glass and crush everything using a muddler.
In a mixer, add 1 whole cucumber and some ice cubes. Grind them in the mixer and make a thick paste.
Add this cucumber and ice mixture to the glass and also add some soda to the glass.
Garnish with mint leaves and lemon wedges and serve cold.
