- 5 tsp Tea powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Cloves
- 6-8 Number Cardamom
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Fennel seeds
- 1½ Cup Water
- 1 tsp Rose petals
To prepare chai masala, add a teaspoon of black pepper and cloves.
Then add 2 teaspoons of fennel seeds, 6-8 number of cardamom, and a stick of cinnamon to the pan.
Dry roast these spices for a few minutes. Then grind them into a dry powder. Your chai masala is now ready.
Now take a pan and add 1½ cups of water.
Let it boil. When it is boiling, add 5 teaspoons of tea powder and 2 teaspoons of sugar.
Let the boiling continue. While the flavour is infusing, add a teaspoon of rose petals to elevate the infused flavour.
Lastly, add 2 teaspoons of chai masala prepared to this decoction.
Finally, add 1½ cup of milk to the tea decoction. The milk boils and condenses slowly.
Our tea is ready! Serve them piping hot after straining the powder sediments on a tea filter.
