Ingredients

  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 green chilli
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • 1 cup poha
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 4 tbsp peanuts
  • 10 to 12 curry leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions

  • Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, curd, lime juice, salt and ½ tsp oil to a grinder and make a smooth paste. Mint chutney is ready.
  • Take poha in a big bowl and add water to it. Wash it properly and then strain out the water.
  • In a pan heat oil, mustard seeds, peanuts, curry leaves and fry everything for a minute.
  • Add the chutney to the pan and mix it. Now add the soaked poha to the pan and mix it well so that the poha is coated with the chutney well.
  • Add salt and lime juice to the poha and mix. Your hara bhara poha is now ready. Serve and enjoy.
