Ingredients

Instructions
first take a 1/2 cup of sugar and 4 tbsp of water, boil it until it caramelises and turns brown
add 1/2 cup of milk and mix it well until no lumps formed
add 1 1/2 litre of milk, mix it well and let it boil for 15 minutes
add 3/4 cup of sugar, mix well and let it cool
now take 1 1/2 cup of hung curd and whisk it for few minutes
now add the lukewarm milk to it and mix it well
take a clay pot, pour the mixture to it.
cover it with aluminium foil and wrap it with the towel
place it in a big vessel and close the lid
keep it in the lowest heat for 2 hours
turn off the heat and let it cool
take it out and your mishti doi is ready
