Apple Burfi

Ingredients

  • 2 apple
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 2 cups fresh grated coconut
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • pistachio

Instructions

  • Take two apple, wash them properly and peel them
  • grate it roughly and keep it
  • now add ghee, grated coconut, sugar and mix it well
  • cook it on medium heat until sugar is dissolved
  • now add the grated apple and mix well
  • cook it on medium heat for 15 minutes until it becomes dry
  • now add cardamom powder and mix it well
  • transfer the cooked mixture to a greased container and make it smooth
  • add the pistachio, press a little and refrigerate it for 2 hours 
  • Now take out and cut it in equal sized pieces
  • your apple burfi is ready
