Take two apple, wash them properly and peel them
grate it roughly and keep it
now add ghee, grated coconut, sugar and mix it well
cook it on medium heat until sugar is dissolved
now add the grated apple and mix well
cook it on medium heat for 15 minutes until it becomes dry
now add cardamom powder and mix it well
transfer the cooked mixture to a greased container and make it smooth
add the pistachio, press a little and refrigerate it for 2 hours
Now take out and cut it in equal sized pieces
your apple burfi is ready
