Instructions
For dhabeli masala
first add fennel seeds and clove to a frying pan.
roast it for a minute
now add sesame seeds and grated coconut
roast it for 3-4 minutes
Now add chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, black pepper, hing, dry mango powder and salt to it
fry it for a minute on low heat
transfer to a blender and grind a fine powder
Dhabeli masala is ready
for peanut masala
add salted peanuts, dhabeli masala, lime juice and oil to a bowl
mix it well
for garlic chutney
take red chillies in a bowl add water and soak it for 30 minutes
now transfer it to a blender and add garlic, lime juice and salt
add some amount of water
blend it to a fine paste
add some more water and adjust the thin consistency
For filling
add oil and dhabeli masala to a pan
fry it for 1 minute on medium heat
add potatoes and mix it well
now add salt, tamarind chutney and water
mix it well
add the potato filling in a wide bowl and add fresh grated coconuts, coriander leaves, pomegranate and masala peanut and press it a little
take a pav and make a slit
add garlic chutney on one side and tamarind chutney on other side and fill it with onions, masala peanuts and prepared filling
roll it in bhujia sev
put some butter on tawa and place the dhabeli
grill from all the sides
your dhabeli is ready
