take 200 grams of spinach/palak
blend it smooth with out adding water
now take maida, oil, fennel seeds and salt in a bowl
mix it well
add the palak puree to it
knead a soft dough, don not add any water
cover it for 15 minutes
now knead a little
take a small portion and roll it
roll it thin
make slits
take one end and join both ends
press and seal both ends
take one end and flip it from the centre
drop it in hot oil on low heat
fry until crisp on low heat.
crispy palak twisters are ready.
