Instructions
for green chutney
take coriander, mint leaves and green chillies in a blender
blend it into fine paste
for kebab
take a bowl and add mustard oil, chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, chat masala, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, kasuri methi, hung curd and roasted gram flour
mix them well
add the green chutney
mix it
now add lime juice and salt
mix it well
add boneless chicken
mix it and coat it well
now marinate it in refrigerator for 30 minutes
apply oil on the pan
take a skewer and insert chicken into it
place it on hot pan
grill it from all the sides on medium heat
when it turns brown take it out
for mint chutney
add coriander, mint leaves, green chillies, salt, lime juice, curd and water
blend it smooth
