take a bowl and add toor dal, urad dal, chana dal and moong dal
add water and wash it properly
drain it and wash it two more times
transfer the washed dal to a pressure cooker
add water, salt, ghee, turmeric and chilli powder
close the lid
cook until 3 whistles on medium heat
open the lid and give it a mix
add a cup of water and mix it
now take a pan and add ghee, ginger and garlic
fry it for a minute
add green chilli, dry red chilli and hing
fry it for 30 seconds
add dal and mix it
boil it for 3 minutes
add lime juice and mix it
add handful of coriander leaves and mix it
pour it to a bowl
now take pan and add ghee, cumin seeds and chilli powder
let it crackle
add it to the mixed dal
mix it well
garnish it with coriander leaves
mix dal tadka is ready
