Spinach corn quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mozarella cheese
  • multigrain tortilla wrap

Instructions

  • add oil and sweet corn in a pan
  • fry it for 3 minutes
  • add spinach 
  • cook until it becomes dry on medium heat
  • add salt, oregano, chilli flakes and black pepper
  • mix it well and take it out
  • now add butter in a pan and let it melt
  • add flour to it
  • cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat
  • now add milk
  • keep mixing it 
  • add black pepper
  • becomes thick
  • add it to the mixture
  • mix it well
  • add mozzarella cheese and mix well
  • take a multigrain tortilla wrap
  • spread the mixture on half of the part
  • fold it
  • apply oil on the tawa
  • place the wrap on the hot pan
  • add oil 
  • flip and cook both the sides
  • your spinach corn quesadilla is ready
