multigrain tortilla wrap
Instructions
add oil and sweet corn in a pan
fry it for 3 minutes
add spinach
cook until it becomes dry on medium heat
add salt, oregano, chilli flakes and black pepper
mix it well and take it out
now add butter in a pan and let it melt
add flour to it
cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat
now add milk
keep mixing it
add black pepper
becomes thick
add it to the mixture
mix it well
add mozzarella cheese and mix well
take a multigrain tortilla wrap
spread the mixture on half of the part
fold it
apply oil on the tawa
place the wrap on the hot pan
add oil
flip and cook both the sides
your spinach corn quesadilla is ready
