Instructions
First add hung curd, roasted gram flour, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, cumin powder, lime juice, salt, mustard oil and red food colour in a bowl
mix it well
now add paneer, capsicum and onion to it
mix and coat it well
leave it for 15 minutes
for mint chutney
add coriander, mint leaves, green chillies, salt, lime juice, curd and water in a blender
blend it smooth
mint chutney is ready
now take the skewer and insert paneer, capsicum and onion alternatively
apply oil on the pan
place the skewer and add oil
turn them and grill from all the sides
turns brown, then take it out
paneer tikka with mint chutney is ready
