To prepare black forrest cake take a bowl and add maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda
mix it well
take 3 eggs and add sugar and whisk it for a minute
now boil water in a container and cover it with a plate
pour egg mixture and whisk it till lukewarm
transfer it to a stand mixture
whisk it for 3-5 minutes
add vanilla extract and dry ingredients
mix it using cut fold technique
add the dry ingredients in batches and keep mixing it
now add butter and mix it
transfer it to a cake pan
tap the pan to remove air bubbles and level it
bake it at 180°C for 20-25 minutes
now take another bowl and add butter. sugar and cocoa powder
add vanilla extract mix it using a stand mixer
add coffee and whip cream and mix till its fluffy
take out the cake and insert knife comes out clean means done
let it cool
add the prepared cream on it
