- 1 cup besan/gram flour
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup ghee
To prepare ghee mysoe pak first sieve the besan and add it to the bowl
now add sugar and water in a pan
heat it until one string consistency
add the besan and mix it well
add ghee gradually and mix continuously
transfer it to a container
spread it evenly and make it smooth
let it set for 30 minutes
loosen the edges and cut it
ghee mysore pak is ready
