- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- 1 tsp ginger chopped
- 1 medium onion cubes
- 2 green chillies slit
- 1 capsicum cubes
- 1 red bell pepper cubes
- 10 curry leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp green chilli sauce
- 1 tsp red chilli sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp Vinegar
For bread 65
In the pan, heat oil, garlic, ginger and fry for a few seconds.
Add onion, green chillies and fry until translucent.
Now add capsicum, red bell pepper and fry everything for a few minutes.
Add curry leaves, salt, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce to the pan.
Prepare a slurry by mixing cornflour with water. Mix it well so that there are no lumps.
Add the slurry mix, chilli powder, vinegar to the pan and mix it well.
Mix the roasted bread with the prepared mixture and garnish with spring onion greens.
