To prepare kachori filling
2cupspeas(green matar)
2green chilli
10gramsginger(adrak)
handful coriander leaves
1/2tspcumin seeds
1tspfennel seeds(soanf)
2tspcoriander seeds
1/4tspasafoetida(hing)
1/3tspchilli powder
1/4tspgaram masala
1tspdry mango powder(amchoor)
1tspsalt
1/2tspsugar
To make dough for kachori
2cupsall purpose flour
2tbspsemolina (sooji)
1tspsalt
2tbspclarified butter/ghee
To assemble and frying kachori
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
For making filling
Peel and boil green peas, add into the blander.
Along with green peas add green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves.
Blend all ingredients into the fine paste. Keep it aside.
