- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 cup flour/maida
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- a pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp water
For cream
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- sugar sprinkles
First take a bowl and add curd and powdered sugar
Mix it well
now add oil, flour/maida, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix it well
add vanilla essence and water
mix it well until you get creamy texture
add it to the baking tray
bake at 180°C/356°F for 15-17 minutes
For cream
Add whipping cream in a bowl
use chilled whipping cream and bowl
beat it until stiff peaks formed
add powdered sugar and vanilla essence
whip until stiff peaks formed
take a piping bag with star nozzle
add the prepared cream
apply it on the top of baked cake
add soe sugar sprinkles
vanilla cupcakes are ready
