To prepare Eggless chocolate cake first, add maida and sift it in a bowl
add cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sift it
mix it well
now add buter and sugar in a bowl
beat it for few minutes
add condensed milk and beat until stiff peaks formed
now add the prepared dry ingredients and mix it well
add milk in batches and mix it well
add hot boiling water and beat it
transfer it to a baking pan
tap to remove air bubbles if any
bake it at 180°C /356°C for 40-45 minutes
insert a tooth pic and if it comes out clean means done
now for icing add whipping cream in a container and boil it
add it to the chocolate chips
mix it well
refrigerate it for 30 minutes
remove the upper part of the cake using a knife
add prepared whipping cream mixture and spread it evenly
refrigerate it for 30 minutes
