Eggless chocolate cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup maida/all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup buter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 12 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup boiling water

For icing

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • To prepare Eggless chocolate cake first, add maida and sift it in a bowl
  • add cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sift it
  • mix it well
  • now add buter and sugar in a bowl
  • beat it for few minutes
  • add condensed milk and beat until stiff peaks formed
  • now add the prepared dry ingredients and mix it well
  • add milk in batches and mix it well
  • add hot boiling water and beat it
  • transfer it to a baking pan
  • tap to remove air bubbles if any
  • bake it at 180°C /356°C for 40-45 minutes
  • insert a tooth pic and if it comes out clean means done
  • now for icing add whipping cream in a container and boil it
  • add it to the chocolate chips
  • mix it well
  • refrigerate it for 30 minutes
  • remove the upper part of the cake using a knife
  • add prepared whipping cream mixture and spread it evenly
  • refrigerate it for 30 minutes
  • Eggless chocolate cake is ready
