To prepare schezwan sauce first, first take dry red chilies, cut it and remove seeds
add it to the bowl and add warm water
soak for 1 hour and blend it
now add oil, garlic, and cook on high flame
add ginger and stir continuously fry it
add celery sticks and mix it
now add the prepared chilli paste
stir continiously for 2 minutes
add salt and mix it
add vinegar and mix it
cover and cook for 2 minutes
mix it well
Schezwan sauce is ready
