To prepare veg seekh kebab, first in a pan add oil, onion, ginger paste and green chilli and fry it until translucent
add turmeric, garam masala and salt, and mix it well
add cabbage, carot and green peas, cook till it becomes soft for 8-10 minutes
take it out and let it cool
add it to a blender and blend it
now in a pan add gram flour and dry roast it until aromatic
add the prepared paste and mix it well
add it to a bowl and add bread crumb, chilli powder, dry mango powder, black pepper, salt, and boiled potato and mix it well
apply oil on the palm and take a skewer
take a small portion and paste it around skewer
spread oil on the pan and place it
grill kebabs from all the sides on medium heat
