veg seekh kabab

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/3 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup cabbage
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 3 tbsp gram flour
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 medium boiled potato
  • oil

Instructions

  • To prepare veg seekh kebab, first in a pan add oil, onion, ginger paste and green chilli and fry it until translucent
  • add turmeric, garam masala and salt, and mix it well
  • add cabbage, carot and green peas, cook till it becomes soft for 8-10 minutes
  • take it out and let it cool
  • add it to a blender and blend it
  • now in a pan add gram flour and dry roast it until aromatic
  • add the prepared paste and mix it well
  • add it to a bowl and add bread crumb, chilli powder, dry mango powder, black pepper, salt, and boiled potato and mix it well
  • apply oil on the palm and take a skewer
  • take a small portion and paste it around skewer
  • spread oil on the pan and place it
  • grill kebabs from all the sides on medium heat
  • veg seekh kebab is ready
