Instructions
fot stuffing
to prepare veg momos first, add oil, ginger, garlic and green chillies,
fry it a little
add cabbage, carrot, salt and mix it well
cook for 2 minutes
add soy sauce, and mix it
for dough
add flour, salt, oil, and water in a bowl
knead a little hard dough
take a small portion and roll it thin
add the stuffing and apply water on the dough
seal it properly and join the corners to give it a momo shape
take a thin rolled dough and add stuffing and make pleats and seal it
place it in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes
for chutney
in a blender add, garlic, dry red chillies soaked in water for 30 minutes
blend it smooth
now add oil, prepared paste in a pan
add tomato puree and cook for a minute
add salt and vinegar and mix it
veg momos are ready
