Ingredients

  • 1 cup sabudana
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup peanut powder
  • 2 tsp rock salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/3 cup coriander
  • 2 large mashed potatoes
  • ghee

Instructions

  • to prepare sabudana vada first add sabudana and water in a bowl and soak it for 3 hours
  • now add peanut powder, rock salt, black pepper, green chilli, coriander, mashed potato, and mix it well
  • apply ghee on the palm and take a small portion
  • roll it and make it flat
  • drop it in hot oil and fry it until golden brown on high heat
  • crispy sabudana vada is ready
