Instructions
to prepare sabudana vada first add sabudana and water in a bowl and soak it for 3 hours
now add peanut powder, rock salt, black pepper, green chilli, coriander, mashed potato, and mix it well
apply ghee on the palm and take a small portion
roll it and make it flat
drop it in hot oil and fry it until golden brown on high heat
crispy sabudana vada is ready
