- 1 kg mango chopped
- 500 ml whipping cream chilled
- 280 grams condensed milk chilled
Blend 1 kg mango to form puree.
Beat whipped cream in a chilled bowl until stiff peaks are formed.
Add condensed milk to the bowl and beat it for 2 minutes.
Add mango puree to the mixture and mix everything until combined.
Transfer to air tight container.
Add puree on top if desired. Make swirls using a skewer.
cover ice cream with lid and freeze for 8 hours.
