Ingredients

For roasting bread

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 8 slices bread

For bread 65

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger chopped
  • 1 medium onion cubes
  • 2 green chillies slit
  • 1 capsicum cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper cubes
  • 10 curry leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Vinegar

Instructions

For roasting bread

  • Heat oil in a pan and add bread slices cut into small bite size pieces.
  • Roast the pieces until they turn crispy. Keep the bread pieces aside.

For bread 65

  • In the pan, heat oil, garlic, ginger and fry for a few seconds.
  • Add onion, green chillies and fry until translucent.
  • Now add capsicum, red bell pepper and fry everything for a few minutes.
  • Add curry leaves, salt, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce to the pan.
  • Prepare a slurry by mixing cornflour with water. Mix it well so that there are no lumps.
  • Add the slurry mix, chilli powder, vinegar to the pan and mix it well.
  • Mix the roasted bread with the prepared mixture and garnish with spring onion greens.
  • Yummy and spicy bread 65 is now ready. Serve and enjoy!
