Dahi ke kebab

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 3 Tbsp gram flour/besan
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 green chillies
  • coriander leaves handful
  • 1 tsp salt
  • oil
  • flour

Instructions

  • To prepare dahi ke kebab , first in a bowl add hung curd, gram flour, garam masala, chili powder, black pepper, cinnamon powder, ginger galic paste, coriander leave and salt
  • mix it well
  • apply oil on the palm
  • take a small portion of the mixture and roll it to make flat balls
  • add flour and coat it well, remove extra flour
  • now add oil on the pan and place the kebab
  • fry until it turns golden brown on medium heat
  • apply oil, keep flipping and fry from both sides
  • dahi ke kebab is ready
